Kocaeli - Howon Co. is one the largest Korean Automotive supplier that is producing coil blanking, press part, assembly part with 35 white collar and 256 blue collar within 21 thousand square meter closed production area. Process main line can be summary like as ;65 ie. Kawasaki Spot welding and CO2 welding robot, ROTEM 50T Balking line, Two press line SIMPAC & ROTEM 1000T-600T-400T-400Twith each line 6 transfer ABB Robot with automatic DIE and Tool Changer
- Role in company was during start-up phase project management responsibility with Korean team
- Role in company is a production & planning department management with 4 engineer and 178 blue collar
- Assembly line produce one car model %80 semifinal product in 50 station with 318 ea different type sub and assy part.
